What the numbers on the spec sheet actually mean in day-to-day use.

Should you buy the Hisense MicroLED MX?
The Kacbu decision box currently says CONSIDER for the Hisense MicroLED MX: the specs hold up, but there are not yet enough real owner reports to strengthen the call. Pros, cautions and alternatives are in the decision box at the top of this page.
How is MicroLED different from Mini LED?
Mini LED shrinks the backlight; MicroLED removes it. Here each pixel is its own microscopic LED making its own light, which is why the contrast row reads 20000:1 and why black is the absence of light rather than a dimmed patch behind the picture.
Is 30 ms slow?
For a console, yes. Hisense states an input lag of 30 ms in game mode here against 6 ms on the U8K and 13 ms on the UXN. The panel takes variable refresh at 120 Hz on every input, so motion is not the problem — the delay between the controller and the screen is.
How is the sound arranged?
Hisense writes the amplifier as 2 x 20 W, 2 x 10 W, 2 x 20 W and 2 x 10 W — 120 W in total — with Dolby Atmos and what it calls Hi-Concerto. At this size the set is expected to carry a room on its own speakers rather than lean on a soundbar.
