What the numbers on the spec sheet actually mean in day-to-day use.

Should you buy the LG UHD UA74?
The Kacbu decision box currently says CONSIDER for the LG UHD UA74: the specs hold up, but there are not yet enough real owner reports to strengthen the call. Pros, cautions and alternatives are in the decision box at the top of this page.
UA74 or UA73?
Different televisions, not different badges. At 43 inches LG states 300 x 300 mm VESA for the UA73 and 200 x 200 for the UA74, two USB ports against one, Bluetooth 5.1 against 5.0, and a mains cable fixed to the set against a detachable one. The UA74 is also the wider range, reaching 86 inches where the UA73 stops at 65.
What does a QNED add over this?
In LG's own rows: a Mini LED backlight and a colour system it certifies for 100% colour volume. The 2026 QNED70B has both on the same kind of 60 Hz panel, three inputs and one USB port, so the step from here is about the picture rather than about the ports.
Is it enough for a console?
For 60 frames, yes: ALLM, HGiG and the Game Optimizer are stated, with eARC on one of the three inputs. For 4K at 120 frames, no — this is a 60 Hz panel and LG states variable refresh only to 60 Hz.
