It is Xiaomi's co-branding for its tuned bin of the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 — the same all-big-core silicon with Xiaomi-specific camera, display and network integration. The core specs match the standard 8400.
How can all-big-core be efficient?
The Cortex-A725 scales down well: at low load the cores simply run at low clocks, where they are nearly as frugal as dedicated little cores — and under load, eight big cores finish work faster and go back to sleep sooner.
