Should you buy the Samsung Neo QLED QN80H?

Is 144 Hz enough for a PS5 or Xbox?

Yes. Both consoles output at most 4K at 120 Hz, and Samsung states 4K at 144 Hz on HDMI 1 to 4 with VRR and auto low-latency mode, so any input carries the full console signal.

How far apart are the feet?

Samsung's UK sheet gives the set as 1442.9 mm wide with the feet at the outer edges; measure the cabinet against the panel width rather than a central-stand footprint.

What does the QN90 add over this?

On Samsung's own sheets: the anti-glare coating, 4.2.2-channel 60 W sound, 165 Hz instead of 144 Hz, a central stand and a 26.9 mm panel. Both carry four HDMI 2.1 inputs and the same Tizen platform.
