Announced on February 13, 2025, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 is an eight-core 4nm platform with a Kryo CPU — one prime core at 2.3 GHz, three at 2.2 GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8 GHz — and Adreno 810 graphics. Qualcomm cites gains between 11% and 29% over the previous generation across CPU, GPU and efficiency, support for up to 16 GB of LPDDR5, 144 Hz Full HD+ displays, and INT4 for on-device generative AI.
