Main risks
  • A 2023 design: current Snapdragon and Dimensity flagships are clearly ahead.
  • Exynos parts have historically run warmer than equivalent Snapdragons under sustained load.
  • Used only in Galaxy phones, and only in some regions, so optimisation is narrower.
  • Samsung publishes no cache sizes or TDP figure.

FAQ

The most common questions about this product

What the numbers on the spec sheet actually mean in day-to-day use.

Should you buy the Exynos 2400?
The Kacbu decision box currently says CONSIDER for the Exynos 2400: the specs hold up, but there are not yet enough real owner reports to strengthen the call. Pros, cautions and alternatives are in the decision box at the top of this page.
Why does a 2025 phone ship a 2023 chip?
The Galaxy S FE line reuses the previous flagship platform to hit a lower price. That is the trade: the same seven-year software promise and the same build quality as a full-price Galaxy S, with silicon a generation or two behind.
How does it compare with the Snapdragon 8 Elite?
The Snapdragon is clearly faster, especially in sustained CPU and GPU work β€” it is two generations newer and built on 3nm. The Exynos 2400 remains a capable flagship platform for everyday use; the gap shows up in long gaming sessions and heavy exports.
Which phones use it?
Every phone in this catalogue carrying it is listed on this page, so you can compare them directly.
