Phones with Center Stage Front Camera: 4 models

What is it?

What is Center Stage Front Camera and what does it do?

Center Stage is Apple's automatic framing on the front camera: in a video call, the camera follows you — as you move, the frame glides to keep you centred, and when someone joins, it widens by itself.

It does this without moving any hardware, by cropping intelligently within the front camera's wide field of view. On recent iPhones the same name also covers choosing portrait or landscape framing without rotating the phone, thanks to a square front sensor.
