Oppo positions the Find X9 series around uniting industry-leading camera hardware with computational photography.

Announced in China on October 16, 2025 and launched globally from October 28, the Find X9 pairs a Dimensity 9500 chipset with a 50MP Hasselblad-tuned triple camera, a 7025mAh silicon-carbon battery and IP68/IP69 durability, at a starting price of €999 for the EU's 12GB/512GB configuration.

Should you buy the Oppo Find X9?
The Kacbu decision box currently says CONSIDER for the Oppo Find X9: the specs hold up, but there are not yet enough real owner reports to strengthen the call. Pros, cautions and alternatives are in the decision box at the top of this page.
Find X9 or Find X9 Pro?
The Pro adds a second, longer periscope telephoto, a 2MP multispectral color sensor, a bigger 7500mAh battery and a larger 6.78-inch display, for roughly €300 more. If a single 3x zoom is enough for how you shoot, the standard X9 gives up little else that matters day to day.
Is a 3x-only telephoto a real limitation?
For portraits and everyday zoom it isn't — 3x with OIS and a 50MP sensor holds detail well past that range through cropping. Where it shows is distant subjects like concerts or wildlife, which is exactly the gap the Pro's second periscope is built to close.
How does the battery compare with the Find X9 Pro's?
7025mAh against the Pro's 7500mAh — a real but modest difference. Paired with the smaller, more power-efficient 6.59-inch panel, the standard X9's real-world endurance lands close to the Pro's despite the smaller cell.
