Vivo positions the X300 Pro around gimbal-stabilized imaging and its ZEISS APO telephoto system.

Announced in China on October 13, 2025 and launched globally from October 30, the X300 Pro pairs a Dimensity 9500 chipset with a gimbal-stabilized 50MP main camera and a 200MP ZEISS APO periscope telephoto reaching 85mm equivalent, backed by Vivo's own V3+ imaging chip, starting at €1,399 for the EU's 16GB/512GB configuration.

Should you buy the Vivo X300 Pro?

Vivo X300 Pro or X300 Ultra?
The Ultra moves to a larger near-1-inch main sensor, adds a second 200MP periscope for a full dual-zoom system and supports clip-on ZEISS lens extenders reaching 400mm, for several hundred euros more. The Pro's single 85mm periscope and gimbal main camera already cover most everyday zoom and low-light needs.
What does gimbal-level OIS actually change in practice?
It stabilizes across a wider range of motion than standard OIS, which shows up most in handheld video and slow-shutter night shots — footage stays noticeably steadier walking or panning than on phones with conventional stabilization.
Why is the EU battery smaller than elsewhere?
EU transport and safety regulations cap the energy density of cells shipped into the region, so Vivo fits a smaller cell in Europe than in Asia. With the same 90W wired charging, real-world endurance still covers a full day of heavy use for most people.
