1 Phones model on Kacbu ships with Autofocus (main) Camera Features, from itel. Compare its specifications and see what sets it apart. The newest of them arrived in 2025.
PDAF (Phase-Detection Autofocus) is a focusing method built on dedicated focus pixels on the sensor: pairs of pixels look at the same scene from two slightly different angles, which lets the camera compute how far and in which direction to shift focus in one step. The old contrast-based hunting back and forth is not needed.
The value on this page says autofocus is present on the main camera — the most basic and most used capability of a phone camera. A main camera without autofocus means everything past a set distance stays at a fixed focus; close-ups and portraits both suffer for it.
Because the main camera takes most of the shots, focusing speed there is felt directly, as shutter lag.
