Phones with Under-Screen Front Camera

An under-display front camera sits behind the screen: there is no hole and no notch, and the display looks uninterrupted. The pixel density over the camera is thinned, and that area turns transparent enough to pass light at the moment of capture.

The price is in image quality: light has to travel through the display layer before it is recorded, which costs sharpness and contrast and adds a slight haze in bright light. A sensible trade for anyone who values an unbroken screen; not for anyone whose selfies matter.
