Is losing the headphone jack and function row worth it?
That is the XPS 13 bargain in one question. You get the smallest, cleanest 13-inch premium body and class-leading battery; you give up ports and physical function keys that most rivals keep. People who live on Bluetooth and USB-C barely notice; people who plug things in daily should look at the ThinkPad instead.
FHD+ or the 3K Tandem OLED display?
The base 1920x1200 panel at 120Hz is the battery champion — it is how the 20-hour figures happen. The 3K OLED is sharper and richer but runs at 60Hz and costs hours of endurance. Pick by priority: longevity takes FHD+, image quality takes OLED.
